wondering if they will keep bron on cary as much as they did last night for game 2. he did a good job, fought through everything but it opened up so many other lanes

yeah thru the first 3 qs i felt like he had found a nice equilibrium between playing w/ the "it's all on me" intensity of the last year's finals but w/o playing the actual game of basketball as he did in that series

his shot seemed more or less on by his current standard but it seemed like he had trouble finishing around the rim especially when the warriors went small? a big thing in the thunder series was that draymond didn't work as a rim protector for a big bulk of it but if lebron etc can't beat him at the rim then all the matchups start slotting into place for the dubs. i guess tristan had a few unstoppable moments there in the third which might nudge the dubs into going bigger.

the warriors team rebounding is on point at the moment, a few got away from them but the energy was there all night. I think the okc series really locked them in to that. Only 7 turnovers as well, theyve been good with those since those first three games vs okc. overall they really did look a lot more comfy out there as far as being able to play the way they want to play.

game 2 is gonna be v different tho. i don't expect the cavs to miss 25 layups and the splash bros to combine for 20 again.
