i have something to say about the offs THE 2016 NBA PLAYOFFS

yeah he'll get some hate for sure, but it'll be from the same dorky local fans who have bad sports opinions on everything. and winning 3 straight titles will soften the blow a bit i'd think

i just don't see how they make the money work once Steph has to get paid

cap is going up to like 110M in a couple of years iirc

if they want it to happen it can happen

lebron was a 1 in a million situation

i also think him going to the heat made it ok for stars to switch teams, nobody has cared about that happening since then

by the time steph needs to get paid iggy & bogut will be off the books right? i think people have written about how their contract situation is uniquely structured so that they can give out big contracts in the coming years w/o any one year being partic overburdened

klay and dray are gonna be making 18 and 16.5 million in 2018, LOL. give curry and durant 30 apiece and they have like 16 million left over for other dudes

think about how good dray is and then realize he's gonna be making less than 15% of the cap in 4 years

yeah they'll obvs be fine going forward if they stand pat but if you have the option to either max out durant or harrison barnes that's not a tough decision

getting durant doesn't seem like a very efficient use of resources for the warriors unless they score so many points that they unlock multi-ball

dubs take a lot of shots, maybe of them by players who arent that good of shooters, u guys are over thinking this, when u have a chance to add and mvp in his prime u do it

durant is an all around great player too

Yeah it's probably that simple and kd seems like the type who would just slot right in both basketball and personality wise but I believe just a smidge in sports karma taking mild vengeance on superteams

they'd have to sacrifice depth which prob means more reg season losses but by the time the offs start just pare it down to 6-7 dudes and they'd be untouchable.

maybe get some weirdos like david west to play for free too

also the dubs had problems while steph sat this year, kd can help w that

Heh in retrospect I understand the decision much more as just Lebron went to Riley College, just most valedictorians don't go on national tv and tell their hometown to get bent when they move thousands of miles away

KD seems like he'd be pretty amenable to being on a great team. he doesn't give off prima donna vibes 2 me
