Ya this is good. Simple update to modernize a little. I like the angled cropping on the piping. The sleeved versions will look cool on tv I bet (minus the sleeves natch).

i like the wordmark personally, maybe coulda thickened up the letters a hair, and the E and T need to be closer. but agree something about the placement is kind of high on the jersey. improvement for sure but as usual a few things to pick at.
