btw in colorado they have a weird bad version of make it take it (winners ball where im from folks) where u play losers ball until u score 4 pts then its winners so one team can be ahead and playing winners while the other team is still not getting the ball after made shots seems unnecessarily complicated and makes games more likely to be blowouts idgi

yeah I've played a lot in places where its winners after 3 to 11

maybe the point is if one team is clearly better just let them end it quickly

I used to play in high school and at my peak could briefly touch the bottom part of the rim, like the little loops the net goes through. I'm 5'10". If I get serious about a plyometrics program could I ever dunk? Like, even an undersized ball. I feel that this could motivate me to be more fit if it was possible.

Sometimes I dream about dunking. I feel I was born to dunk but physical limitations have gotten in the way.

u will not dunk sry, all those stories of guys increasing their vertical ten inches are hogwash, unless they were morbidly obese and lost the weight or w/e

squatting heavy will prob help u more than plyo tho

or cleaning prob even better

one of the highlights of my life was winning a multi-week 3-pointer tournament in middle school against the star player for the school team (a center, admittedly) despite the fact that i shot with both hands at the same time like i was cruisin' for a bruisin'

there was a dude playing zero D today and he was on my team and we got destroyed then we switched teams and i roasted him

i don't remember many details but let's just pretend that i was like "hey there superstar, i bet you're exhausted, but why doncha try THIS on for size??" before shooting with both hands and gaining a commanding 5 to 3 lead with only 3 shots to go.

was this a school sanctioned tournament or just something that was happening on the playground or what
