LeBron has in general become a bizarre person and I have no idea what he really wants from the Cavs organization really― Matt Armstrong, Sunday, May 17, 2015 11:39 PM (Yesterday) Bookmark Flag Post Permalink

Want to see lebron become the Michael Jackson of the nba

feel like bron has always been a bit of a headcase but in an ambitious socially acceptable style, now that hes starting to see the downside of his career maybe that whole dynamic is souring a bit, his motivation for returning to clevland seems odd and overly conceptual, who knows what the hell hes thinking abt
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 01:37 (eleven years ago)
maybe he was sick of being just one of the guys in miami and wanted another shot at being king james

― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 01:54 (eleven years ago)
it's been kinda funny seeing the same ppl selling 'thibs can't get it done in the playoffs' also selling 'thibs actually won that championship, doc can't get it done in the playoffs'.
― balls, Monday, 18 May 2015 02:08 (eleven years ago)
why you phrase it that way it doesnt make too much sense but irl does
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 02:23 (eleven years ago)
i mean the celtics had an alltime great defense which utilized innovative schemes as thought up/coached by thibs, which have now been adopted league wide, like a lot of defensive geniuses he doesnt coach offense that great tho
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 02:28 (eleven years ago)
not to mention the whole player time management / injuries situation
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 02:29 (eleven years ago)
maybe doc and thibs shd get the band back together, call danny to help them figure out some good players to get
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 02:30 (eleven years ago)
yeah i can buy that it's not necessarily a true contradiction, i'm just wondering how many of these guys after a warriors-hawks finals will go 'see, toldja a 3 point shooting team can't win the championship' and point at whoever loses (humor me).
― balls, Monday, 18 May 2015 03:10 (eleven years ago)
lol tru

gonna go against the grain here and say Cavs will win that series in 6hawks are a good team but i can't bet against Lebron willing the team into the finals again
dubs over griz, obv, but i hope it'll be a fun series
― Nhex, Monday, 18 May 2015 04:41 (eleven years ago)
Lol carne

maybe im a sucker but i don't think there's a great chance blatt gets axed unless they completely go up in flames in this series
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 May 2015 13:03 (eleven years ago)
the hawks were only 11-9 in their final 20 games, looked horrible against by far the worst team in the playoffs, could barely beat a team that itself was a mess and whose best player was playing with one hand. i think whatever magic they had during that win streak is mostly gone, it looked like budenhozler was throwing shit against the wall in the wizards series with his end of game lineups.
basically the hawks go to player in the final 2 mins right now is dennis schroeder and for as impressive as he's looked for someone with his age/background i don't think that's getting it done vs lebron and even a one legged kyrie
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 May 2015 13:07 (eleven years ago)
i would imagine the cavs get smoked by the warriors but i think the ECF is one of those eastern playoff series where you're like "lebron's team isn't very impressive but they have lebron and the other team doesn't"
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 May 2015 13:08 (eleven years ago)
man fuck this season
― micah, Monday, 18 May 2015 14:06 (eleven years ago)
just too many injuries. what a joke.
― micah, Monday, 18 May 2015 14:07 (eleven years ago)
i didn't see the final two games of the clippers series, can someone explain to me what happened -- i know in game 6 josh smith turned into ray allen but that's about it
― J0rdan S., Monday, 18 May 2015 14:16 (eleven years ago)
clippers looked gassed more than anything, both pretty odd games/weird vibes, neither were yr typical comeback/blowout where the winning team played with xtreme energy and chemistry more like the clippers just shut down, the supporting cast particularly barnes and reddick cldnt hit a shot, kinda an alltime collapse
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 14:29 (eleven years ago)
clippers just being the clippers tbh
― (•̪●) (carne asada), Monday, 18 May 2015 14:34 (eleven years ago)
u shd consider adopting them as the team u root for in the playoffs in the coming years imo
― lag∞n, Monday, 18 May 2015 14:38 (eleven years ago)

man you really should just re-watch the second half of game 6, pretty historical moment
basically the clippers saw the light at the end of the tunnel and took their foot off the gas. and when things started swinging back the rockets way the clips got really tight and stopped running their sets. obviously the rockets needed a one in a million performance from brewer and smith to make it happen but still
― k3vin k., Monday, 18 May 2015 14:53 (eleven years ago)
Soon as jet blocked cp in game 6 I knew they were in trouble

Barkley’s new deal includes access to appear on CNN for issues beyond sports including race, education and politics. Now here's something that might surprise you: Barkley will also be covering the Olympics for Bleacher Report. Or at least he has the option to do if he wants.

"You've got to give (Paul) just some more support, you know?" Rivers told USA TODAY Sports. "I think bringing (his son) Austin (Rivers) here (in mid-January) helped us. We've got a 22-year-old (in Austin), and now to me we've got to get another guard who's in the middle age group. So now you're growing with Austin and CJ (Wilcox), and we need another defensive guy too."

Marc Stein @ESPNSteinLine 9s10 seconds agoWarriors center Andrew Bogut says he's got a case of hay fever but insists he'll be fine in Game 1 "as long as there's no pollen in Oracle"

OAKLAND - Clint Capela, rookie power forward for the Houston Rockets, was arrested and arraigned on charges of breaking and entering by local authorities after being caught and held by Oracle Arena security personnel at 4:45 a.m. Capela was found carrying a massive lawn trimmings bag full of pollen strands.

― Clay, Wednesday, 20 May 2015 00:58 (eleven years ago)
like this network m/l owns american sports and they roll with jalen rose and doug collins dryly talking about strategy

yeah it's pretty bargain basement, feel like espn doesn't value nba studio shows at all
