Every summer after the finals I think maybe I'll get into some beisbol then after one six hour sox-yanks slog I'm out

I like the idea of baseball much better than the execution so now I settle for going to 1-2 games a year, half-watching a couple of World Series games, and idly listening to vin scully a few times while puttering

I feel like I had faith the Spurs would put on the afterburners once kawhi and enough of the squad was really healthy but this is truly ridiculous that they are blasting former contenders and ripping through the standings quite literally at the finish line

It also drives me crazy that he doesn't finish his own sentences half the time

the first 15 minutes or so were kind of bad but then they start talking about interesting stuff and it gets better

The west conference standings and playoff seedings are just bouncing around like popcorn rn. Except the Blazers are a guaranteed 4 seed w/o home court to go with it.

The guaranteed 4th seed is like a dollop of make-up over a big zit. It hides, but everyone knows what it is hiding.

speaking of get rid of divisions, looks like the clips are still in 3rd because the first tiebreaker is a division winner gets the nod. the clips will almost definitely finish with a better record than the grizz, but if the clips and spurs end up tied (as they are now), the spurs would get the 2 seed
