that original chris paul dribble hard video was really weird to me! I was always taught dribble with purpose and dribble low but he took it to another level and was like the harder the better. Been dribbling a little different ever since watching that whenever that was. def helps

it was funny cause i expected him to break out some fancy drills but he was just like what i do is dribble hard, i mean i figure he must be right

I would follow this if I had a guy to work with like Chris Paul does, does anybody wanna be my ball guy, all you have to do is catch my balls and also throw me balls as I sink em from outside the arc (I never miss)

I used to read about jason william's dribble routines (probably in an issue of SLAM or something lmao) and he would dribble with heavy winter gloves on, also he would hang targets on the wall @ the gym and practice hitting those from all angles

I used to practice dribbling with heavy winter gloves just like my hero

U can also practice dribbling with smaller balls like a volleyball

Lately I've heard people put the ball in a plastic bag and dribble it like that so there's no grip

steph is obvs incredible but the aspects of his game that still seem a lil iffy all have to do with not going hard enough imo
