oh yeah i know why, i think i'm mostly just making fun of myself for growing up in the day when you were only popular if you could dunk or were magic or bird

also they've been on tv a ton for the last few years and people love an "underdog" story (too short, not athletic, etc) i.e. steve nash

they were originally scheduled to have a super wack game in this time slot but they switched it
