this is kind of how it is being amongst cowboys fans - they're always convinced they're knocking on the door but to watch them play it's clear they're at the wrong house

at least the cowboys have some sort of history of excellence to point to with the knicks its just like why do you think this way where is it coming from

is it because tv is always calling ny the mecca of basketball

yeah the pathology of the local fanbase should prob be separated from media-driven stuff i agree

It's maybe the only black mark on jvg's otherwise unassailable life that he ended up involved in that horrible era of Knicks heat rock fights

it was good when he was on the floor grabbing a leg like a helpless child tho

Though he admits it wasn't pretty and basically u gotta coach what u got to some extent like I'm sure he wouldn't be telling the lakers to avoid threes like the plague if he were coaching today

Also we got that clip of him getting dragged around by Alonzo's leg like a little puppy which is all time hilarious

As far as I can tell NY has a lot of knowledgeable basketball fans and also KNICKS FANS and the two overlap to a lesser degree than most ny media would like to think
