i would take one year of david lee for draymond green!

this is true in a vacuum but we have prior knowledge of GSW's front office priorities. they wouldn't do a love for clay swap, so what makes us think they'll do any of this?

because in one scenario they can put kevin love and klay thompson together, but in the other they couldn't?

"they wouldn't trade klay for love" is not a good refutation to my jr bill simmons daydream about the warriors trading other players not named klay thompson in order to acquire kevin love

their team wld be obviously objectively worse if they did what they needed to do to get kevin love, much worse than say what it wouldve been if they had traded klay thompson for him

well yeah but now in this scenario they're losing lee and green. it's obvious they don't value love that highly. and furthermore (1) if cleveland is successful this year love isn't going anywhere and (2) if they're not successful GSW's evaluation of him as a non-winner won't change

if klay is as good as he's been this year i might take steph + new klay + wing filler (barnes?) + love + bogut over their current team

btw love didn't force his way to cleveland he just forced his way out minny, of course he wouldn't turn down this cavs experiment but say it goes haywire and he catches a lot of heat for being a defensive liability or whatever who's to say he wouldn't ditch the cavs for a warmer climate

After watching Green suffocate Blake Griffin on defense the other night I kinda don't want to see him in another uniform. He's a pretty handy guy to have around.

Someone will probably pay him too much money though.

i am really honestly struggling with the Livingston contract. Im not sure he could play for a league team right now

that reminds me, did jermaine oneal retire?

From everything I've seen I think it's pretty likely that the Warriors will sign him late in the season.

livingston was dece in bk last year fwiw

if your 5 is very good and healthy you can still make it a decent way, look at last year's blazers

yeah he and ray are just holding out waiting til the deadline to decide which wagon to hitch onto

livingston looked great last year but like he was the #2 option for them for a while so he had no choice but to ball out.

Livingston has looked good to me. His shots haven't been falling but otherwise I've been happy with him.

he was like dribbling off his foot and passing and running away from everyone idk its early and i think he's recovering from something but hopefully it works.
