if u added kevin love to this years lakers team it wld still be funny because of kobe taking his shots and they wldnt play any D, but in the long term they wld prob be able to build a good team around love so then it wld not be funny

Some cable channel runs a show about the Laker Girls and was kind of idly wondering how long it takes the cheerleader franchise to decline if the team stays bad.

idk man they are already capped out for next season and love will be looking at what a ~$18m contract thats a shit ton of space to clear with no advance planning

plus they wldnt even trade clay thompson for him

tbqh i could never dig love as much as the truth (i was too young to appreciate the glory days of larry legend), but yeah, they adore white dudes who are scrappy or can be perceived as such up here, in all sports, it's pretty awful

they cld maybe do a sign and trade? except that illegal or something now

if they warriors wanted to sign love i'm sure they could find a team that would take david lee's expiring off their hands for the price of draymond green and a draft pick

i also question how much the warriors would be willing to give up for k love but if they did want him they could find a way to squeeze him in -- superstar players dictate cap moves in the nba, not the other way around
