he just isn't forced to be 'the guy' now. he's a much more fitting 2nd/3rd fiddle.

IKEA metaballs (Spottie), Sunday, 13 April 2014 04:09 (twelve years ago)

Feel like he still took a bunch of hero shots in the final minutes in the few games I've watched

Agree though that he's cleaned up considerably

, Sunday, 13 April 2014 05:20 (twelve years ago)

yeah he's not really changed his game much tbf he still is a total minus on D and gets hero-y a little but he's just happier and a little less prone to jack long 2's cos he can dump off to dirk. him and jennings together was always gonna be a disaster.

IKEA metaballs (Spottie), Sunday, 13 April 2014 05:22 (twelve years ago)

Haha like 3/4 of Brewer's buckets could have rimmed out

, Sunday, 13 April 2014 15:23 (twelve years ago)

thunder bout to yam on the pacers

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:46 (twelve years ago)

isn't OKC locked into the second seed in the west? seems like they'd rest their starters, v. highly-motivated indy.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:47 (twelve years ago)

lolol this assumes scotty brooks knows shit about anything wrt managing minutes

smooth hymnal (m bison), Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:48 (twelve years ago)

well, deciding beforehand not to play durant or westbrook or ibaka or whomever takes care of the "managing minutes" issue.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:49 (twelve years ago)

brooks already said he has no intention of resting durant the rest of the way not sure abt the others prob not tho when u think abt it

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:51 (twelve years ago)

wow. hm. okay, then. okc: kill indiana.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:52 (twelve years ago)

"my good buddy pat riley wrote A LOT of leadership books" --doug collins

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:55 (twelve years ago)

". . . all of which you can now find for 50 -- 70% off retail at amazon.com."

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 16:58 (twelve years ago)

scott brooks is testing fate imo
thats all ill say

smooth hymnal (m bison), Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:00 (twelve years ago)

agreed. there's no upside.

Tyrone Lannister ‏@CBturnedHeel 2h -- Still laughing at the Heat being petty and purposely losing to the Hawks to keep Melo out of the playoffs.

lol, yup. that's just how it happened.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:05 (twelve years ago)

thunder have had a lot of injuries and are just really clicking again so i can kinda see keeping that rolling particularly considering how tough the draw is in the west this year

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:07 (twelve years ago)

man durant is such a joy

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:08 (twelve years ago)

first play of the game he received at the foul line w george all over him gave a lil shoulder bump to clear space and rises to hit the easy j, nothing one of the great perimeter defenders could do

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:10 (twelve years ago)

meanwhile hibbert catching two feet from the rim v the much shorter perkins and somehow misses a fading hook

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:11 (twelve years ago)

zen master's recruiting plan for melo

"carmello, we're going to be pretty bad again next year, but then -- when you're 31 -- i hope to make a big splash in free agency, because of my championship pedigree. if that doesn't work, then -- when you're 32 -- there's always kevin love next year. in the meantime, meet our centerpiece addition for next year, lamar odom." sounds promising.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:11 (twelve years ago)

wonder how much of the pacers slide can be traced back to georges shot selection

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:27 (twelve years ago)

its really something

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:27 (twelve years ago)

indiana's passing is awful.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:29 (twelve years ago)

cj watson > paul george

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:30 (twelve years ago)

like i was saying, the pacers are a juggernaut who will steamroll, undefeated, through the playoffs.

also, no losses next regular-season, followed by a repeat championship, and another, and another. then we'll see.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:53 (twelve years ago)

def the pacers type of game so far

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 17:56 (twelve years ago)

i love russell westbrook

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:07 (twelve years ago)

granger made irrelevant by paul george.

paul george soon to be made irrelevant by c.j. watson.

Daniel, Esq 2, Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:08 (twelve years ago)

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:42 (twelve years ago)

ffs TOs are/will always kill this team until they get a true point in there

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:47 (twelve years ago)

dream the dream of rondo the pacer

it's a trilby (Clay), Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:53 (twelve years ago)

are the thunder gonna be doing this "pretend caron butler is kevin durant" shit in the playoffs

le goon (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:59 (twelve years ago)

No mistake Indy looks dramatically better w/ Quietstorm_32 in the lineup regularly for the first time since maybe March.

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:59 (twelve years ago)

secret shame: i don't really like watching kevin durant that much

le goon (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 13 April 2014 18:59 (twelve years ago)

xps I literally deleted a "rondo" "pacers" Twitter search bookmark after this last trade deadline :/

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:00 (twelve years ago)

lol i dont think rondo wld be idea for the pacers cause of their and his general lack of shooting

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:02 (twelve years ago)

maybe if they replaced west w a shooter

lag∞n, Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:02 (twelve years ago)

Durant has a sweet game, but rarely does it inspire fist-pumping excitement.

Aimless, Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:03 (twelve years ago)

They have plenty of great shooters; big need is a penetrator / distributor to find them open shots.

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:04 (twelve years ago)

Lol Jordan I feel you on that actually

IKEA metaballs (Spottie), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:04 (twelve years ago)

Durant fun like Dirk because his shot is more or less unblockable so defenders are always stressing out on him.

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:04 (twelve years ago)

Only ugly thing about his game is the pitcher-beard he's got going.

Call me Shitmael (CompuPost), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:05 (twelve years ago)

caron butler is an idiot

le goon (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 13 April 2014 19:06 (twelve years ago)
