he was playing absurdly good in like november - first half of december but has been wildly inconsistent since then, maybe he's turned it around some lately tho i haven't checked much gsw boxscores in awhile

also dragic/bledsoe easily, thompson doesn't really belong in that conversation

like when i look at okc, they are so top heavy but obv not a problem in the playoffs. durant is just unstoppable, westbrook healthy, ibaka bakking, and reggie jackson gives the spurs problems

they were on a 20 game win streak, including the playoffs (2 of which were vs OKC) when they dropped 4 in a row.

i do agree that the thunder are a bad matchup for the spurs but i think the spurs are the best team. last year the spurs were imo not the best team in the west, this year the west is 5x better and they are clearly the best team

yeah the spurs play so good in the regular season theres not much to elevate in the playoffs, and their key guys are old so its hard for them to get much of a bump from upping their minutes, i mean obvs the spurs are boss but there are a bunch of the type of teams they struggle against in the west

that game the thunder beat them the other day they just turned on the jets and the spurs couldnt do anything about it

Any team coming out of the west is likely to be mentally very tough, but physically worn down. This gives the east a fighting chance to beat the west champion.

Klay has been back to near november form for a minute now and his D is super solid i am sold on dude and Harrison can burn.

Im not sure about bledsoe with that knee tbf so right now Id go

glove is all time top 10 fav player easily

spurs are good i just never know, they have the same record every year and have a couple huge winning streaks every year but still idk. kawhi has made the leap and thats huge, manu kinda hurt them really bad in the playoffs last year (except game one vs GSW arrggggg) he looked pretty cooked. interested to see how much pop tightens his bench or if guys like belli and Mills will see reg season minutes.
