This girl I was in elementary school with told me Michael Jordan's wife at the time was her cousin. When I was 11 years old that was cool enough that I would actually tell other people who didn't even know this girl about it. Also btw the girl was very pretty.

nah their games are still a bit different

melo doesn't go to the rim as much as harden and and harden rarely if ever plays out of the post

if they use melo at the four in the same manner ny used him last year melo/harden cld be deadly, obvs like they both want to take all the shots so that could be a problem but if they behaved the rockets cld be unguardable

feel like melo is prob at a place where hes ready to be more of a team first type guy but harden is still a young gun wilding out

i really feel the rockets will be incredible if they get melo

having parsons, melo & harden all on the floor at the same time would be basically unguardable, you can't leave any of those guys open

actually think the biggest hurdle would be dwight insisting on getting 6-8 post touches a game instead of being a pure pick and roll player

how do they keep all those guys? they can't resign Parsons and sign melo too right?

they still have parsons for under $1m next year but yeah they'd have to get creative

harden actually makes less than you'd think since he's on his first max deal, he's only at like $15 million instead the $20 million range where howard/melo & the big 3 are, so it gives them a little bit more wiggle room

well with dwight behind them they would be better than you'd think but idk. melo could be a fine on-ball defender if he applied himself and parsons is passable. beverley is a good defender. i think it could work

when melo tries to defend (which he has done more of the last two seasons, tbf) he's solid, it's mostly a matter of effort

that potential houston team is def an interesting thought experiment, my first thought was theyd be odds on but theirs potential for dysfunction there too

maybe jesus christ himself could come down and get lin, harden, melo, and parsons to play d with effort and focus within a scheme, but outside of that i'm not sure it's gonna happen.

the rockets turning into a better version of the 2010 Orlando team is kinda interesting I suppose but I'm not sure it'd set the world on fire as melo and dwight move into their declining states
