lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:26 (thirteen years ago)

oh ok. He is a good coach imo.

queef ka queef (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:36 (thirteen years ago)

agreed

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:38 (thirteen years ago)

the lakers should trade pau to whatever team in the east is an 8 seed for their playoff berth

panettone for the painfully alone (mayor jingleberries), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:39 (thirteen years ago)

they should trade dwight

J0rdan S., Friday, 18 January 2013 18:40 (thirteen years ago)

both, and nash

queef ka queef (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:41 (thirteen years ago)

and kobe

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:43 (thirteen years ago)

otm sacre is untouchable, everyone else is fair game, THE BANK IS OPEN

queef ka queef (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:43 (thirteen years ago)

no but really dwight is the only "trade chip" they have that could do anything signifiant to their roster

J0rdan S., Friday, 18 January 2013 18:44 (thirteen years ago)

they should trade dwight on account of both he and the team being the worst

J0rdan S., Friday, 18 January 2013 18:44 (thirteen years ago)

Pau has no value?

queef ka queef (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:45 (thirteen years ago)

with the way he's played this year plus his injuries he's not going to bring back anything for them that's going to significantly alter their season imo

J0rdan S., Friday, 18 January 2013 18:47 (thirteen years ago)

hes 32 years old and shooting 40% for the season

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:47 (thirteen years ago)

having said that considering his contribution has been basically zero this year they prob could improve by trading him for depth

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:48 (thirteen years ago)

well thats what happens when dantoni wont let you post up or get anywhere near the key

queef ka queef (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Friday, 18 January 2013 18:48 (thirteen years ago)

J0rdan S., Friday, 18 January 2013 18:48 (thirteen years ago)

yeah that and hes been v unhealthy, lakers hoping obvs he gets healthy and they figure out the whole fit thing xp

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 18:49 (thirteen years ago)

lag∞n massive thank you for posting that picture. I remember talking with that dude at an Indy/Lakers Finals game more than a decade ago and could never figure out who the fuck it was! Had always assumed that he was some rich old actor; never really knew how to Google search "actor who goes to Lakers games." Now I know: James Goldstein, NBA Superfan.

Also just about any team in the league would love to have Pau lurking around the post / hitting step-back Js if he has to. He might be a little banged up, but if the Olympics were any indication (and assuming he hasn't sustained some kind of new injury this season), dude still has it and his # drops probably say more about how the Lakers use him than they do about him. Plus, isn't his contract, as big as it is, still more desirable than Dwight's?

ヽ(´ー`)┌ (CompuPost), Friday, 18 January 2013 21:05 (thirteen years ago)

haha yeah that dude is everywhere, there was some whole article abt him a couple years back im sure you could dig up, spoiler hes a bit of a weirdo

lag∞n, Friday, 18 January 2013 21:26 (thirteen years ago)

Mike D'Antoni says Kobe will defend primary scorers the rest of the season, "unless he dies first": cbsprt.co/13NWlpR

kobe's looked ok on-ball on some good players but this is just not a smart strategy at this stage of his career

Ready for a Paul George heatcheck here.

ヽ(´ー`)┌ (CompuPost), Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:27 (thirteen years ago)

i swear harden's shooting like 25% at the rim the past 2 games

fiscal cliff paul (k3vin k.), Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:27 (thirteen years ago)

he's really got to develop a floater for when a big meet him at the rim

fiscal cliff paul (k3vin k.), Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:28 (thirteen years ago)

maybe hes feeling minutes a little bit?
09-10 1738 (76 games)
10-11 2189 (82 games)
11-12 1946 (62 games)
12-13 1498 (39 games)

moullet, Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:32 (thirteen years ago)

6th in usage this season

lag∞n, Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:35 (thirteen years ago)

Harden isn't a good finisher but he's so good at drawing fouls that it doesn't matter. I always thought the league would adjust and stop fouling him but I guess he's just a genius at it.

Matt Armstrong, Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:35 (thirteen years ago)

usage obv too.

oh man paul george. lol

moullet, Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:36 (thirteen years ago)

ASIK SPIN!

moullet, Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:50 (thirteen years ago)

don't know if it's accurate to call harden anything other than a great finisher - the guy shot 70% at the rim last year and 66% this year - but he's definitely kind of unimaginative about it when you watch him a lot. which is kind of the opposite of what you'd think. but almost all his layups are those lefty scoops

fiscal cliff paul (k3vin k.), Saturday, 19 January 2013 00:54 (thirteen years ago)

yeah wtf matt
