Kinda torn about Avery Johnson; have never really paid attention to his X/Os, but dude won a ton of games early in his career & has a Coach of the Year under his belt. Unless those first years were a total fluke, it's not like you all the sudden become a bad coach. Couple that w/ Deron already pushing out a HoF coach and it's kinda tough to believe that Avery was the big problem.

OTM. There should be a running list of NBA players who deserve that kind of situational purgatory, although Deron/Sloan wouldn't be nearly as much fun as Dwight/Van Gundy.
