Guys, who beat the Heat tonight?

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:42 (thirteen years ago)

It will forever be weird for me to conceptualizer z-bo as a crafty old vet with a will to do what it takes to scrap out a W.

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:43 (thirteen years ago)

Yeah, I love his post game and also his box outs, he throws his body around underneath the hoop like crazy. Amazing positioning with zero jumping ability.

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:43 (thirteen years ago)

its true the dubs should maybe be in there somewhere

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:43 (thirteen years ago)

Also, his swagger is supreme, love how he struts around. xp

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:44 (thirteen years ago)

cleveland is sort of a dark horse

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:45 (thirteen years ago)

yeah warriors are def creeping up there... added bonuses: one of the best crowds in the NBA, maybe the best local announcer in the league... pretty swagged out team. i'm on board.

salute me or crut me (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:45 (thirteen years ago)

cleveland is a year or two out. they're genuinely terrible even w/ kyrie but have some good players.

salute me or crut me (J0rdan S.), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:46 (thirteen years ago)

I like that Alonzo Gee dude but I don't know a single thing about him

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:47 (thirteen years ago)

yeah feel like theyre maybe one of those bad teams worth watching, kyrie and varejao ballin out, waiters w the sick potential

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:47 (thirteen years ago)

Wait the warriors are 15-7!?

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:48 (thirteen years ago)

haha yeah, started 3-4

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:49 (thirteen years ago)

also i want to watch a lot of anthony davis, but his team is shit, ryan anderson excepted

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:49 (thirteen years ago)

longest road winning streak since 78 per wilbon, wow I should watch a gsw game I guess!

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:50 (thirteen years ago)

warriors still only +1 point differential, but i feel they can be good, especially if bogut ever returns

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:51 (thirteen years ago)

enhh i mean yeah there are a bunch of teams with 2 or 3 very fun players (this is basically every team except like detroit and toronto and washington) but i like the nuggs because every player who gets srs minutes for them is unique or fun in his own way and the style the team plays is a blast to watch.

He's the same guy he's always been imo

Matt Armstrong, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:53 (thirteen years ago)

Yeah they are hanging in there with the two things Bogut does best, D and rebounds. He will help a ton. xp

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:53 (thirteen years ago)

i'm being a dick haha obv i like watching all these teams we've mentioned i just like denver the best

minny and the clips are my two other favorites

k3vin k., Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:53 (thirteen years ago)

CLIPS BOOOOOO

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:54 (thirteen years ago)

maybe these espn guys shouldn't be talking abt the lakers as a guaranteed playoff team when they're 9-13 idk talk abt the teams that are actually good

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:54 (thirteen years ago)

haha i never left the clips bandwagon either, f the h8rs

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:54 (thirteen years ago)

Oh Milwaukie is a pretty interesting east team. Love Jennings but I can't really handle monta most of the time.

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:55 (thirteen years ago)

Monta is infuriating. Went from one of the most lovable and efficient players to a whining shameless gunner.

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:56 (thirteen years ago)

yeah i soured on the clips toward the end of last year at the height of flopmania but they're actually great tv this year which was not true last year - last year's second unit was pure torture but now they're throwing out bledsoe, crawford, and barnes so it's all good

k3vin k., Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:57 (thirteen years ago)

also flopping is outlawed now

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:57 (thirteen years ago)

I like that 2nd unit actually, yeah (eh kinda not crawford though)

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:58 (thirteen years ago)

Getting rid of floppy evans was a move in the right direction

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 04:59 (thirteen years ago)

Blakes put-your-head-down-spin-around-in-circles post moves crack me up too.

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:00 (thirteen years ago)

also the spurs are a favorite! totally forgot them. i am watching them now

k3vin k., Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:01 (thirteen years ago)

― small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, December 13, 2012 12:00 AM (1 minute ago)

haha yeah and the unnecessary dribbles between his legs

k3vin k., Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:02 (thirteen years ago)

the spurs are like this cant possibly still be happening

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:02 (thirteen years ago)

how is tony parker only 29

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:03 (thirteen years ago)

so wait why are the warriors good now

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:03 (thirteen years ago)

i don't love crawford as a player but he's instant offense, kinda hard to dislike watching that when he plays well

k3vin k., Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:03 (thirteen years ago)

Its very weird but they are playing D and rebounding. xp

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:04 (thirteen years ago)

hate to say but the knicks destroying the heat sans melo last week mightve been the most purely enjoyable nba viewing experience ive had so far this season

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:04 (thirteen years ago)

and D Lee and Curry are ballllling out

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:05 (thirteen years ago)

lagoon otm

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:05 (thirteen years ago)

knicks are kinda fun yeah

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:05 (thirteen years ago)

I feel like I could secretly get into the Knicks actually.

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:06 (thirteen years ago)

Yeah, the arch on his shot O__o

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:06 (thirteen years ago)

Knicks are my guilty crush

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:06 (thirteen years ago)

on the one hand i like to see some crisp ball movement, on the other hand the knicks are my sworn enemy

lag∞n, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:06 (thirteen years ago)

i love joakim noah -- he balled out in philly tonight & gave these quotes about the fans that cheered his injury in the playoffs last year

"I've been thinking about it all summer," Noah said. "All summer I just couldn't wait to come back here. I just felt like when I went down last year just people cheering and stuff, I felt like that was real disrespectful and it was definitely motivating for me to work even harder to work in the summer."

"And I'm going to do it for the rest of my career," Noah said. "Every time I come here.

"(The booing) motivates me. I'll never forget what happened in the playoffs when I went down, and I will use that as motivation every time I come into this building."

Obviously, Noah took pride in his play in Philadelphia. When asked if he could hear what fans were saying to him, Noah chuckled.

"Nah," he said. "But they could hear what I was saying, though."

Crawford is sublime when he's in his zone there's no doubt.

Clay, Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:07 (thirteen years ago)

The only team that I have sworn to never cheer for for life oath style is the Lakers.

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:08 (thirteen years ago)

I like Noah too, seems to be hated on ILH tho?

small-scale fux with (Spottie_Ottie_Dope), Thursday, 13 December 2012 05:09 (thirteen years ago)

noah is the lamest person in the whole world, i realized the other day hes exactly this guy, same person
