lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:42 (thirteen years ago)

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:48 (thirteen years ago)

i dont really like overtime its like youre psyched to see whos gonna win and then the game just keeps going

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:50 (thirteen years ago)

ok the Larry Sanders era has begun, 18-16-1-1-5 in 33 minutes

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:51 (thirteen years ago)

i wouldn't have minded overtime in the C's game.

otm, the only good overtime is like playoff hockey sudden death shit

call all destroyer, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:52 (thirteen years ago)

scal seems to think the celts deserved to win that game so he is indeed a bigger homer than tommy

call all destroyer, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:52 (thirteen years ago)

I was kinda thinking "eh he just blew up vs. the Twolves I dunno" but 2 games in a row like this is special

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:52 (thirteen years ago)

Celtics pissed away being spotted a 17 point lead. They didn't deserve shit once they let them back in.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:53 (thirteen years ago)

basketball sudden death would be funny

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:53 (thirteen years ago)

If Larry Sanders hits a couple of threes Matt's head is going to explode.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:53 (thirteen years ago)

lol Duncan, sorry bro

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:54 (thirteen years ago)

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:56 (thirteen years ago)

he was a good point guard

moullet, Sunday, 2 December 2012 03:58 (thirteen years ago)

memphis gonna lose this game cause they havent been able to take advantage of bonner guarding randolph

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:00 (thirteen years ago)

turrible game from zbo

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:00 (thirteen years ago)

Grizzlies have no legs in this overtime. Spurs seem a step ahead. I guess that rest was a good call.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:01 (thirteen years ago)

marc w 1 fga since 3rd quarter (?)

moullet, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:02 (thirteen years ago)

ya grizz on a back2back, faded in the 4th

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:03 (thirteen years ago)

on the other hand 2pt game

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:03 (thirteen years ago)

how the fuck did they not get called for a shot clock violation wtf

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:04 (thirteen years ago)

oh god

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:04 (thirteen years ago)

gr8 foul by manu there

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:04 (thirteen years ago)

shot clock violation, foul on manu

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:05 (thirteen years ago)

refs pooched that one.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:06 (thirteen years ago)

Derek Fisher 2-2-3, 1-5, 3 TOs

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:07 (thirteen years ago)

terrible pass tho anyway

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:07 (thirteen years ago)

like where was that play even suposed to go

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:07 (thirteen years ago)

lead pass to a corner 3.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:08 (thirteen years ago)

eh if rudy catches it he might have a dunk

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:09 (thirteen years ago)

hope this game doesn't decide playoff seeding

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:09 (thirteen years ago)

this might have been bad enough to get one of those useless NBA statements

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:09 (thirteen years ago)

he was way on the sideline and manu was right with him, i men its mostly a bad pass because he wasnt open, but also he wasnt in good position

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:10 (thirteen years ago)

they'll be plenty of shit calls in other games too. It's a shame the Grizz blew a big lead in the first place - make a stop and this OT never happens.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:10 (thirteen years ago)

nah this is pretty egregious

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:11 (thirteen years ago)

grizz shouldve rested their starters

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:11 (thirteen years ago)

especially since the Spurs flopped their way into OT to begin with

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:12 (thirteen years ago)

In basketball, there are so many possessions that a blown call or two is never the cause of a loss. I mean, if Memphis shoots better than 27% from 3 they win.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:13 (thirteen years ago)

conely seems to have a lil bit rondo disorder in passing up layups

lag∞n, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:14 (thirteen years ago)

The refs aren't responsible for ZBo shooting 5-21.

It's nice to want to blame refs -- I've done it probably 100s of times -- but it's almost always bullshit in a basketball game.

They still blew it on the shot clock violation. No excuse for that.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:15 (thirteen years ago)

I just totally disagree. Stuff like bringing up ZBo's FG percentage is the kind of crap people do whenever a team gets robbed. We heard all the same stuff after Sacto game 6.

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:20 (thirteen years ago)

Like oh they didn't have a marvelous performance so it's ok they got screwed

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:20 (thirteen years ago)

it's the sports version of "Well Gore didn't even win Tennessee"

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:21 (thirteen years ago)

No it's not, but then you and I don't agree on much of anything when it comes to hoops.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:29 (thirteen years ago)

I mean, they blew a few calls, some in Spurs favor (for example, the shot clock violation) some in Grizzlies favor (foul on Bonner when Randolph clearly pushed him into the shooter). They didn't screw one side over the other in any sort of egregious manner.

EZ Snappin, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:32 (thirteen years ago)

That's a matter of debate but zbo's fg percentage has nothing to do with it. It's just a way to dodge the issue of officiating in general, as if a team only deserves a fair shake if they play well

Matt Armstrong, Sunday, 2 December 2012 04:35 (thirteen years ago)

didnt notice that game being particularly poorly officiated overall tho obvs the back to back bad calls in overtime were v high leverage
