noah is better at offense but worth considering that noah is not actually v good at offense, so im not sure how much value youre really getting there

asik is crazily bad at offense... jo is truly one of the better two way centers in the nba

asik is an elite defender where noah is a good one, theyre both excellent rebounders tho asik prob has the edge there too, noah is better on offense

anyway to end this javale nonsense: i'm totally cool w/ karl limiting his minutes even when he's "hot" because he's just a really volatile player whose teams have never played better when he's on the floor for the duration of his career. but clearly they gave him a big deal so they have bigger plans for him, but they need to bring him along.

lol ya sure jokim noah and his great 9ppg lifetime average, beautiful jump shot, and dribbling ability

noah is one of best passing big men in league, and has become a surprisingly good FT shooter, decent defender, great offeensive rebounder. asik is big, protects the rim, rebounds, sets good screens when he's not moving during them...that's about it?

basically teams dont guard noah unless hes <5ft from the basket or rolling there, hes a dece passer for a big man tho

he's been hitting mid range fairly consistently. teams don't guard asik unless he's inside the basket.

you cant really put noah in the best passing big men in the league category when there are guys like the gasol brothers and garnett around, hes nowhere near that level

jo's usage rate is way up this year bcuz of rose being out so his per game averages have jumped up a bit

w/o his percentages falling, it should be noted

well he has averaged 1.8 assists per game lifetime so thats p impressive

i mean how many players average more than 2 assists per game only the truly great passers

i think the thing about noah is that offensively he doesn't have an elite skill but he's useful in a bunch of ways (very good FT shooter for a center, for instance). that combined w/ his defense, rebounding & intangibles makes him a really good player.

hes in this range for sure, decent passer, good skill to have, not a major differentiator tho

his passing skill might come into play more if anyone ever had to guard him

i mean how many time have you seen him catch the ball at the elbow then his man drops back covering the lanes to the back door and he end up missing some sloppy running hook thing

it's a small sample size, no doubt, he could revert back to his career avg's. just ~something to think about~, numbers look pretty good when he gets 39mpg (flipside is he prob wouldn't be getting that many mins if Asik was still a Bull...cause Thibs loved Asik's defense).

i hope you don't attend a game he's playing in and are susceptible to imaginary bullets from imaginary six shosters.

i cant see him getting 39 the rest of the year, it just seems like too much, almost no one plays that much anymore, maybe 35 tho
