Teams that aren't prepared for an active defense that zones up, traps fullcourt and talks, might get shocked. All in all fun game to watch.
Dunlap basically coached every possession of the game, Ty Thomas almost killed it for them down the stretch, but he correctly subbed him out
Just finished watching IND@CHA super impressed with the Job Dunlap did, CHA pressed full court at times, played 2 different types of zones

didnt see the game but nice to read. well i actually like their roster. top 5/6 players are legit contributors. wonder what this team could do with two top picks or something. for example: anthony davis for tyrus

Team/crowd was pretty amped; Pacers helped them out a ton by being pretty nonchalant with their dribbling/passing. Until Granger comes back, I'd love to see Stephenson slipped into the starting lineup for Green, moving Paul George to SF. Green is an exciting dude but has a tendency to try taking over the game; don't mind seeing him do it w/ the 2nd unit rather than w/ Hibs/West/PG/Hill on the floor. Plus, having Green & HBro on the floor at the same time is hilarious to watch and would make 2nd Qs fun to watch.

Bobcats definitely a better team than last year, though. Not sure if they'll play w/ that intensity very often, but they're a goddamn quick team. Kind of a best-case scenario game for Kemba last night.

Also was wondering last night what the All NBA Out of Control Team might look like. Basically, top players at each position who are not only extremely high energy, all the time, but also have a style of play that suggests they've never actually played the game of basketball before. Hansbrough at PF is a lock; Nate Robinson at SG? Don't know who would fill out the rest of the team.

Howard's response to the Lakers' 0-2 start remains all rear ends, rainbows and sunshine.

Before that, Howard turned on some pleasant music so he could groove in front of his locker while he got dressed, his teammates all already long gone to the bus. Before that, he asked a Lakers staffer if hitting his free throws meant he could have his Halloween candy. Then he asked again. And again.

Before that, Howard mooned a TV cameraman whom he suspected of having his camera on while Howard had his underwear halfway down. Howard responded by sticking his rear end farther out, saying: "I've got a wide shot for you." And he giggled.

watched the rockets/hawks last night. so jealous of houston for landing harden. the hawks have tons of cap space next year and i was praying we'd go after him. i could see the hawks setting some record for giving up offensive rebounds this season. they're going to be playing two pgs and a sg at the small fwd position all season. could get ugly. interesting that the bobcats are using the full court press bc the hawks did that some last night and could do well with that given they'l have so much quickness on the court.

also, fyi, josh smith is still a dipshit but lou williams looked great.

i would understand if he wouldn't want to voluntarily drug himself multiple times a week just to fly

How can Xanax / anti-anxiety pharms be banned?! Can't find the drug policy rules online. Tough to imagine that players can't take certain pharms if prescribed by Drs. I ~kinda~ understand amphetamines being banned, but it's not like pillin up on bars before a game could be considered any kind of PED situation.

Also Google coming up w/ precious few articles/posts about this stuff. Surprised Grantland/Slate/SI/whoever hasn't written some 10K piece on this.
