Guys I have SO many duplicates of DIY recipe cards does anyone wanna trade? Im looking for any recipes for 1x2 size tables if such a thing exists. And the acoustic guitar. And the ironwood dresser and cutting board.

I have dups of some southern hem seasonal stuff like the tree's bounty lamp, mush stool, and acorn pochette. If anyone wants to drop by today I have it all on tables at my flea market right by the airport so can open my gates a bit later.

What exactly are you supposed to do with hybrid flowers once you have them? Dig them up and sell them? Non-hybrid yellow tulips are taking over too.

The only duplicate DIYs I've got are the sleigh, classic pitcher, cat tower, and log bench - let me know if you want any. I see the ironwood low table is a 1x2 but that's the only one of what I've got

Afaict my daughter lost interest in this game really quickly, which is disappointing. I know there's a bunch of stuff she hasn't unlocked yet, and from what I can tell she only has a 1 star island (which is bad?), but she seems reluctant to grind away to get enough bells to build enough stuff to better her rating and so on. I had ordered the game for her pre-lockdown, but I was still really hoping it would have kept her busier. I guess it's just not as compelling as inane Tik Tok clips.

Noooo, I dont know why my other frind (the guy dressed as a widower in the big black hat) was doing that but I gather he was making millions from turnip selling - hes been playing it a bit obessively. He made like 5 trips back and forth to offload all his neeps, lord knows how he'd been storing them.

But nah my only rules are basically leave a penny take a penny with the flea market I had set up there - take anything, feel free to leave something in its place.

Players will see Leif, Kicks, and Saharah every week. There are two days a week where none of them appear; those days will be randomly filled with Flick, CJ, Gulliver, Label, or Redd.

if i understand that correctly, it means that each week i should have a 40% chance of seeing Redd (2 free weekdays where Redd has a 20% chance of appearing). i think it's been 3 weeks since i've seen him? probability of that happening is very satanic (0.6 * 0.6 * 0.6 = .216, or 21.6%)

(for those keeping score at home, that should mean the probability of seeing Redd three weeks in a row is 6.4% (40% chance three weeks in a row = 0.4 * 0.4 * 0.4 = .064).

In New Leaf you could tell Isabelle whether you were an early, regular or late riser and then the schedule of everyone in the town would adjust to accommodate your preferences. Booted that game up again this week and I was surprised how many little quality of life things like that I’d forgotten about, which have been inexplicably dropped for New Horizons.

one thing i do a lot of in this game is craft or buy wallpapers that seem cool in the abstract but become nightmarishly garish as soon as they're in a room with furniture or anything in it

so then i go back to the same three wallpapers i've used basically since i started the game

I got stung by enough wasps to make the honeycomb wall which I kind of love.
