I'm really enjoying Witcher 3, you guys! Just done killed a Griffin and now I'm running around in a towel. But yes, all this alchemy and runestones and swords and stats is way over my head. Oh well, it's a romp

Worms WMD is on PS4 and is a great couch multi-player, even more venerable than Crash.

the Divinity games can both be played couch co-op if you fancy something a bit meatier. feels a bit odd playing an rpg in split screen but works pretty well

I tried the second Divinity and have no idea how combat works (kind of a high learning curve to not dying in a battle).

Yeah Divinity’s got a pretty steep learning curve. Gave it a few hours but it didn’t really click at the time, hope to return to it at some point.

You can play against the computer but the computer AI isn't very good.

The writing is excellent, what I've seen of it! It eschews the "one of these options is the objective best option," which really confounded me when I ran up against a certain decision point.

Lol Just remembered I bought this for Switch eons ago but never got around to playing it, possibly because I bought it to play 4p family coop but abandoned that idea as well in the wake of the Overcooked debacle.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but my PS4 is getting appalling wi-fi signal. Speeds in the kbps and lots of connection drop-outs. My ISP basically don't give a shit because other devices seem to work fine in the same room. Anyone else had similar problems and managed to get them fixed?

change your wifi channel maybe?

alternatively, if your ps4 is in the same room as your wifi and your wifi does dual-band, use the 5Ghz connection

the PS4 has shit wifi, possibly alleviated a little in the newer models but Sony still recommends a wired connection in nearly all their documentation

huh. for years i've streamed HD baseball with it with zero problems.

I mean, it all depends on the antennas on your wifi, distance, etc. too

or, as I remembered the other day, standing directly in front of the microwave with your phone meants wifi might work poorly

so I knew you could remotely play a PS4 with a Vita but until today I didn't know you could via any PC. just tried it and v impressed. now I can play PS4 on my laptop lying in bed, lol fuk u Stadia.

Unravel 2 (very sweet and satisfying so far)
Little Nightmares (I'm stuck on this one already. feels a bit bleak).
Bendy and the Ink Machine (fucking terrifying. I'm only a bit in and I'm a bit scared to play it tbhwu)
Overcooked 2 (cos I want a 2 player but not played it yet)
Undertale (love the concept and humour but I can imagine getting hacked off with it quickly)

Really digging Control, if only for the way it plasters the name of a newly discovered room onto the screen in huge letters.

I'm wishing the adaptive difficulty in Control would adapt itself back down a few notches because I'm near the endgame and the last few encounters (main story, some side missions) are a pain in the ass

going to grind out a few more upgrades but those flying assholes that fling rocks really chafe

here's a tip: don't play Overcooked 2 with your partner when you're both extremely hungover but also hungry.
