I'm dying for a yellow battery to stick with C4ge so he can smash like crazy more often, plus they have a true heal

of your others, I would advocate pretty strongly for Spider-Woman just because her black will save you healthpacks and her purple can smash under the right circumstances

Iron Fist, as I use him more, can also be great esp with C4ge. Although with both of them using black and yellow to drive critical abilities, that brings me back to C&D as a black/yellow battery.

4* Cap Marvel, Coulson, 3*/5* Hawkeye is a ridiculous team. Makes cheap countdown tiles, gains AP when they go off, also has two passives that decrease the countdowns.

since Bl4de is boosted right now, I've been running a couple of different configurations with him:

vs tile movers, Bl4de, PHX, Hulkbuster: The entire point is to use PHX and Hulkbuster to put red on the board and generate red AP for the team, getting both The Hunger and Bloodlust to trigger faster and letting Bl4de eat the other team in 3-4 turns with his passive damage.

vs goons, Bl4de, C4ge, Strang3: Here, the idea is to kill the other team with Strang3's and Bl4de's passives while C4ge's passive negates their damage.

champed AV yesterday - monster 16k red ability when he's buffed

if i can raise 400k more iso in 7-10 days maybe i'll champ riri too

I'm about to champ Riri. Mordo is next in line as I've got a couple of covers waiting for him.

I am about to stab someone if I draw yet another yellow M4rvel.

i did make it to champ riri. now i've hit a huge iso bottleneck. i just champed ragnarok since i had 4 covers on the vine. now i'm about to champ starlord (i've got 4 for him too), but then i need another ~70k for 2*hawkeye in 10 days (~10 covers), & ~120k for beast in 12d (~7 covers), which are both doable but i also have bum fist covers about to expire (1 in 6d , 2 in 12d). i'm thinking... the 6d bum fist is definitely not going to happen. maybeeee i can champ him in time for the second 2 tho...

what have u guys been hearing about him? he seems kinda meh.

on the note of more fun characters my rocket & groot are at 8 covers now and my gamora is at 10 - pretty hyped to champ both of them in the near future

I've heard that when Hobo Fist is boosted, he can be insane; also, pairing him with C4ge and flipping all those shields to strikes seems like an awesome thing to do (even if Wasp is better at it)

Is hobo fist the 4 star one? I dunno if he's good, really I only know when I get surprise slaughtered by a character and he's not gotten me yet (4 cage on the other hand)

have recently champed gwenpool, and I've just fully covered both medusa and carol danvers so my next 1000000000 ISO is accounted for (well medusa's at 210ish already but carol's at 70). Also have a fully covered agent venom with an extra cover in the queue but that's a lot lower priority than the ladies who are like current best in game

For someone who is not playing this anymore, I'm sure going hard to get the last 80k ISO to champ Medusa with a cover in queue. Also wtf @ my rando alliance slacking on the boss event, hope am I in first? And we probably won't be getting the Carol covers¡

my new alliance is so good. top 100 pve + often top 100 pvp. cleared the boss event in 24 hours.

The ILX alliance does not give a fuck about the event, or maybe I am too obsessed with it.

(We did get a Carol cover so I'm not really complaining. Also I will have Carol champed in like the next day.)

Just so happens that the first C4rol cover in the boss event is the one I already have 5 in.

got my first 900 in the quicksilver PVP

holy crap I just got the twofer by pulling a three star card and it gave me the two Dr Stranges I've been hoping for

I feel like I'm finally catching up to the point where I'm building four stars, but champing my remaining three stars is taking some effort

champing 3s is an ongoing effort IMO; I've been playing this game forever and my highest level 3* is... Blad3 at 240. I only just champed 3* Star Lord last week after several long stretches of pulling green covers after already having 5.

That said, I do have 17 champed 4s, including Bl4de, C4ge, and M4rvel, with 5 max covered characters in the pipeline so I don't have much standing to complain.

(To complete my insufferability, I've built out my 2* farm to the point where I can run a max level character and build a duplicate champ to replace for 6 characters at a time; I'm going for full duplication so I can always have whatever required 2* I need at 144.)

9 champed 3* characters isn't bad! Definitely progress, and I think you're getting close to that wonderful sweet spot where you're still filling out your 3* roster but you don't have enough characters in 4* land to eat all of your ISO where you can start breaking even on ISO acquisition/usage. (That goes out the window once you start leveling 4* characters; 360+K ISO per character = ouch)

your ability to make iso goes up significantly tho too as you get faster/better at completing pve/pvp events, and adding covers to champed chars / selling 2* farm / earning shield levels all gain you more iso.

ok, I have to say that Dr Strange almost one-shotting the low level grenadiers when they have the audacity to create a countdown tile brings me joy

Geez, I never care about my 2*s that much. I maxchamp em, and sell em the moment i get another cover (so i don't miss pve nodes).

i've got a couple of 4*s in a good spot for the first time in a while! it's been a few months since i champed one (which i've done with everyone i've hit 13 covers with). been spending that iso on finishing my 2/3 champs (still got star3 and a couple 2's to go) but i'm gonna enjoy putting iso into my next two: jean 4 and carol 4. both at 12/13 (and grey's 4/4/4 so next cover finishes her)!

that'll probably take me a month or two. after those two, it's back to the 2*'s, maybe 3* starlord if he's ready, and then... not sure! medusa and bl4de and agent coulson are at 10 covers, 4thor's at 11... invis is at 12 cover and level 250 already, so maybe i fave her? or profx who's at 5/3/3? it is now occurring to me that faving someone who's not in the vault yet is maybe kind of a waste.

Is it worth keeping 1* characters at all for any reason other than the Deadpool daily thing? And do I really need three of em?

The only 1* besides Juggs you might want on your roster is an unleveled 0/5 1* Black Widow to send cheap team-up stuns, but if you're strapped for roster space, Juggs should be your only 1*.

And not that I'm bragging or anything, but I have 27 champed 4*s, and I haven't played this regularly in months. HI DERE DJP.
