I only have 4 2 stars left, obw, storm, ares + wolvie. the first three are my standard deadpool daily team, & I keep wolvie only b/c of nostalgia, plus he's still fun when buffed.

Blah, at level 143 I can't even survive one optic blast.

Tempted to sell 1* Storm for a quick 5000 ISO.

how you guys are ever getting rid of characters is beyond me, the whole ocd comic collector mentality is what this game is truly about.

I still haven't spent a dime on this game and don't have any inclination to do so. So it's either trash a **** card or trash a ** character.

i ended up spending some cash because i took, um ten months? off but otherwise the game generally provides you with the in game currency to buy more slots

With my fully leveled XFW I had no problem with Cyclops. Beat him first try. I'll be saving the token until they add some more 5*s to the game.

there's no real reason to keep 2* Human Torch or 2* Captain Marvel, right

It really sucks that Ragnarok's blue power doesn't heal when you use it for team up. Oh, great, a couple of charged tiles. Thanks a lot.

all the 2*s are worth keeping for the PvE events, since they'll always have at least one that is required

All those times I patted myself on the back for not leveling up my undercovered XFW while sitting on a heap of ISO? Regretting that now.

DJP, I don't have 2* Cap Marvel or Torch. Torch is especially redundant if you have the 3* version.

As for PVE, sometimes I just hold onto my pulls for a little in case a 2* is required, then I plug them in as needed.

Would you get rid of Rags instead of one of the **'s?

also I've fully covered 1* Spidey (lol) but haven't spent any ISO on him, maybe I'll dump him too

It's sort of a waste of ISO to not just sell the covers I guess.

1* spidey is actually fun to mess with, especially that purple power that shits critical tiles over the board. i might max him for giggles

Is Doc Oc as bad as his character ranking suggests?

I don't have many covers for Oc yet so it would be fewer resources down the tubes.

Hahahah I beat the node through pure dumb luck. Near the end, the AI had three turns where it made a red match (one of which I could've altered or matched myself), after each of which I was sure that I'd be getting an Optic Blast KO... but I must've been denying it red all match long so that with a 2-3 XFs, plus a couple fortuitous match-5s, I'm now sitting on a Legendary Token. ^^

And I still have 5 rainbow damage boosts left!

Got it on the third try. Only got it because I got lucky with a Black 5-match on the opening turn, so I was ready to hit Surgical Strike when Cyclops did Mutant Revolutionary. Had only about 400HP left.

My XForce Wolvie is lvl 70, 0/2/0

I'm tempted to try it just to see how quickly and badly I get crushed.

So for the Season XIX final reward, at 7500 points for a Legendary pack - that means you need to grind 442 points per day over 17 days straight. (Naturally, they shortened the season time.) Don't think I can hack it

Also don't have The Thing, so it's unlikely i'll be able to grind the Rocket and Groot PvE to get Iceman. Ah well, maybe it's a good time to take a break anyway

After I don't know how many tries, I beat the latest 4* node with my 2/3/2 140-something Fury, and my first Thing!

Probably going to be my last 4* node too as the next 4* on my roster that has more than 3 covers is my 3/1/1 Invisible Woman.

Got it first try with 5/1/4 Fury.

IW can last forever if you get the invisibility tile in the right spot.

2/4/2 L.135 Fury, couldn't quite nail it. Ran out of boosts, so I gave up.
Spent HP to shield for the Black Panther tourney. Made exactly rank 100. Yay! But then I realized I already maxed Scarlet Witch's blue power.. :/

I made zero (0) headway with Nick Fury because I hadn't given him any ISO; I'm strongly considering pumping up Elektra and Invisible Woman for their inevitable turns so they don't get rofflestomped (although IW without someone generating blue/green for her is going to get rofflestomped anyway unless I can drop a yellow)

yeah I've been leveling my 4 stars in prep for these for a couple of weeks, have thoress up to ~170 now, cap of 209; also getting another electra cover in daily rewards this week (today maybe?) and then she'll be at 2-3-1, possibly good enough for a lucky win in a legendary battle. I already have Invisible Woman at 167 and she's fully covered at 5-4-4 but I dunno, 270ing her is gonna take a long time & I've never been beaten by her in a battle.

you know you should try the Silver Surfer battle in the season whatever board asap; you're against 3 270 4 stars, Jean Gray, Hulkbuster, and Carnage, and you just squash them with your 455 3-5-5 Silver Surfer doing ~1700 per TILE match alone. maxed buffed 3 stars can take out regular 4 stars without a big fuss but the move to 5 stars isn't gonna be like that. there'll have to be something like a new game for 5 stars, with higher stakes than just more 3 star cover for their inevitable pvp wins.

me neither! I got off the red a couple of times but tile damage alone does the trick.

I've had Blade and Cap ready for 166 but these stupid 4* events are stealing my ISO.
