i still haven't played with cap yet but i see the appeal. as i slowly level steve rogers, i would like to.

I didn't "get" Steve Rogers until I got into the low 100s and his red went from "eh" to "holy shit" as long as you can protect that countdown (ie, fuck you, Falcon)

mine's 1-5-3, i'm tempted, but it is hard to spend another 20k upgrading another 3-star red/yellow/blue to 110-120ish zone so soon

then again it's not like my iso-8 (I REMEMBERED THE NAME) is appreciating in value... i kinda just wanna see if i will get more good covers so i can get someone to 166?

5 in blue and/or red is useful in PVEs with goons, though, and if you're facing Turn To Smoke ninjas, you can use the blue to stun before you kill them to avoid creating the attack tiles.

Lately I've been using X-Force Wolvie + CMags + Loki. It turns out that having 7 moves that shake the board around is really good. Plus they are in every color and a passive.

Yep. I’ve bee using Bullseye (Dark Avengers), Magneto (Classic), and Loki. I have matches that are finished in a few turns.

When you do the taco vault thing, it flips through all the logos of the things you could win. Is there a connection between what you click and what you get? Or is it just a cool visual thing.

epitome of MPQ first world problems lately
-rewards for pretty much the entire last month of dungeons have been useless to me due to old cards/maxed colors
-can roll easily through all the Enemy of the State missions with my buffed Human Torch and Spidey. it's just really really boring.
-standard token stockpile: 93
-health pack stockpile: 25
-just picked up a 4* Green X-Force Wolvie from Taco tokens... can't use it, hate having to sell it off

This week I got two 4* covers from progression rewards in PVP. It seems easiest around 12 hours before the ending time, when the points for winning matches are high and few people are counterattacking.

Another strategy I've tried is joining PVP nodes in the last hour. They get a new bracket every 400 players, so there's a chance at getting in a bracket with few other players. Getting 1st place is still impossible but you can get 3* covers and HP out of it.

got 2000 in shield sim for the first time, nice prizes this time; needed the blue mag, now mine's 4-5-4 166, want 3-5-5 of course; and blue Prof X at 2000
plus vision at 900 (my first) and green loki a little higher (which I didn't need).

have my cyclops at 5-4-4 162 now, he smokes

Prof X is a reward? Damn, I should have done SHIELD sim this month. Ah well, there's a few more days.

7 days! I just started yesterday I think, you can do it fast if you have a solid 3 star roster. I only had three retals (in which I lost, but lost hardly any points)

Got my 10-pack... a spiderman i can't use, a she-hulk that probably won't ever be relevant to my team, and an invisible woman... sigh.

I had a briefly awesome synergy party between IM40 and Invisible Woman; basically IM40's yellow powered her blue and green, drastically reducing the amount of time it took to trigger her powers and allowing her to crush ppl like a boss while slapping down ferocious protect tiles. Add in a boardshaker like Loki or Classic Magneto and her super expensive powers suddenly aren't as super expensive; the only problem is that she's still something of a glass cannon and her offense isn't self-sustaining like Steve Rogers Cap or Classic Magneto.

I just need one red cover for luke cage to get 5-3-5; at 153 now, could quickly 166 him. he's useful! would go well with cyclops I think

I love that Falcon is boosted right now b/c I 166d him long ago & I love using him, esp with Daken or Blade. with Blade + Falcon I've been getting tile matches of 2500 damage.

Do you recommend leveling up Falcon? I like having Daken tank for him, but is the extra health/damage worth it?

he ends up now at 8500+ health, which is pretty great. having daken tank purple I guess? I love daken but he's pretty easy to take out with only 6500ish health, even lazy cap can chop most of that off in a single hit, let alone the 4 stars.

Falcon's yellow is one of the most stupidly hilarious powers in the game, rivaled only by Prof X's "oh btw every time someone uses a power, I'm going to spit out protect/strike tiles, lol @ u" power

actually, if I had Prof X I would totally try Prof X/Falcon/Lazy Daken or Blade because lol passive power bonanza

yeah add iron fist to that too, he is nuts

FYI, if you've stockpiled Deadpool tacos and try cashing them in when the taco type isn't "active," your vault will always reset immediately. :\

had to bust ass to get that 90-something place finish in Enemy of the State for the Ant-Man card

hate Thick as Thieves/The Hunt PVEs, too many frickin' nodes to keep up with

SHIELD simulator: i'm now at 1753 points, gives me two days to hit 2000. i think i can do it. hit 1800 a couple days ago, and got knocked down about 200-300 points immediately

Getting there.

Currently missing: Doc Ock, Vision as three stars and Carnage, Devil Dinosaur, Elektra, Kingpin, Hulkbuster and Thing as four stars.
