i did some adding. with my current lineup of guys, leveling everyone up to their current max (NB, this is not their total max in most cases; just a straight "as much as can be done with what I have" thing) would cost me 737,672 iso. 78k iso is currently running $100 in the store, so if I really wanted to max my guys out (and I'm missing ten guys entirely and another 60 or so covers), it would run me just shy of a grand. If I wanted to buy extra covers for the guys I have, that would likely run me another grand.
This game is batshit.

Fight your completist impulses! The rollout of new characters is probably not going to relent, firstly. secondly, DDQ is a great source of ISO, if you're not already playing it.

DDQ is pretty much the only reason I'm sticking with this game. 10 minutes and I come away with something to show for my time.

ISO is insanely overpriced to buy with real money. I think they only make it buyable so HP will look like a good deal.

They've said they are slightly reducing the ISO required to level characters soon.

I just got the Kamala progression reward, and I'm tempted to sell 2* Wolverine for roster space instead of working for the extra 200 HP I need right now.

okay, how do i beat the deadpool challenge when those damn ninjas throw down attack tiles when they die? been doing daken/thor/obw with no problem but those guys drive me nuts. Gonna try loki instead of daken.

yeah, if you can't burst them down you're going to need a Loki/Daredevil type who can feast on those things and make them work for you

as it happens, loki can't turn the attack tiles but i somehow fumbled my way through anyway. yay, i needed that iron man cover.

Stun before you kill them. That's why my 2* 3/5/5 Cap gets so much now and why I'm glad I maxed him.

so this ultron event seems pretty broken... if they work it out, it could be fun.

Hood, GSBW, and Mod Hawkeye have been slaying Deadpool for me. Hood drains the bots, then I slam the next round. Rinse and repeat. GSBW and Hood also both have abilities that can take down counters/attack tiles.

Better than last month, where I got nothing.

Unlike my Wolverine-heavy pulls from last month, all my 3*s pulls this month are useful.

I didn't notice at first that some of the Ultron sentry nodes have better rewards than others. It's worth keeping Quicksilver in my roster just for them.

I snagged a scarlet witch in the third round so I can't complain

I got a Quicksilver from some point reward I didn't notice, and a Scarlet Witch and a 4* Thor from the tokens. Sorry for leaving the alliance guys, I'll be back after the Ultron events.

The chance of getting a 3* or 4* cover from tokens was raised recently. It's around 25% now.

5/3/5 max Patch is my mainstay, with 5/4/4 Hulk, 4/5/3 Lazy Daken, 5/3/3 Daredevil in my regular rotation (these characters are all level-maxed currently).

I'm thinking Mystique to get another black ability in addition to my 3/3/3 Doom. I have 3/4/1 BP, but his black ability still isn't buff enough to warrant heavy use.

torch is kinda badass?

Always gonna love Punisher, and you already have 5 in his black. But honestly Lv. 153 is good enough to delay while you build up your other 3*s
But yeah, him/Spidey/Torch would all be good investments, your Mohawk Storm might be worth it too

Loki is a great character, especially with Patch, but levels only add health.
Torch is much better now that he has more health, and you have 5 of his best color, red.
Cap is great for against hordes. not sure if you have enough covers to be worth it yet.

I worry a little about Torch and Punisher for being kind of low in health, though, and even more so with Mohawk, and looking at all the 10K+ characters I've been fighting against in the current PVPs.

But thinking about Storm + Patch sounds fun!

I have 10k or less apiece to max out Classic Torch, Psylocke and Patch to their current cover caps so I'm gonna just take care of them but the next project (in-between levelling the guys i get from Deadpool Daily) is to sink 77k into Daredevil to get him up to 153. after that, it's levelling a handful of three stars from 115 / 130 up to 140 / 153: Spidey, IM40, Grey Widow and Hulk.

We haven't done a good ol' fashioned lineup announce in a long time.
