Sniper Elite III is -70% this weekend, which is sort of tempting. Anyone willing to vouch for it?

Valkyria Chronicles I is half-off, so I grabbed that. I dig the HD remake, since I'm not going to play this on the PS3, and you can jack it up to 1080p and play the game with a XB1 controller.

Game v. much looks like what would have happened if WWII broken out in Miyazaki's Alt-Europe, like we're seeing the war stories of all the parents of Studio Ghibli principles a generation before the films are set.

all of the wargames are bundled on steam for like $13. i'm sure i've asked this before -- anyone have experience w/ them? worth getting?

i feel like once i can beat the 3rd tutorial level for airland battle i'll be prepared to lead a real army

my findings so far - darkest dungeon + wasteland 2 are both knockouts. this war of mine looks promising but seems to lack a tutorial and i need to take some time to dig around in it and see how it works. outlast, or at least the first 18 minutes i've played so far, it legit scary. crypt of the necrodancer is kinda goofy but i can see how it'll be fun once i figure out how to get it to play my music library.

These Steam sale discounts get more disappointing every time. The key market/resellers usually give you steeper discounts throughout the year, especially Green Man Gaming. But this is probably inevitable as your hoard grows to inhuman levels.
