Friend of mine told me they used it as a party game the other night and I believe that could be fun, although whoever's typing would surely get sick of people yelling things at them to try....

Re: Don't Look Back, maybe it's a little weird but I am annoyed that less than half of the many sites I've seen of the game don't mention (it'll take you about five minutes to play the game, but ***spoiler***) that it's a surprise recreation/reinterpretation of the Orpheus/Eurydice myth, part of what makes it so moving at the end.

Funny Farm is pretty cool though I'm lost, can't get past the first screen really...

Yeah, it's a weird mix of like, stuff that actually goes on a farm (for example) and then kind of inductive/punning connections.

Played an hour or two of Space Game to unwind last night. It's good but the difficulty curve is too much for me - I don't seem to be getting any better and nothing I do really seems to make any difference. Once they start really sending in the bad guys, it's all over..

Funny Farm was a big hit a year or two ago, but it gets frustrating after awhile because the answers get very arbitrary.

Wow, this Host Master game is actually longer than I epxected - way longer than that recent Dangeresque game.

Just played through Daymare with walkthrough and wish I hadn't bothered, honestly - the worst kind of pixel-hunting crap. Way too many places where I didn't even know I could go left until looking at the walkthrough, etc. Just not clear.

BATTLEFIELD HEROES

damn, this game is fun. I probably have no idea what I'm talking about, because I haven't played an online FPS in a really long time, but I kinda got addicted. Sure it's got some balance issues, but when you're in a game with two evenly matched teams and you're racking up kills and completing missions (you can set different objectives like capturing the flag x amount of times, gaining valor points when you accomplish them) and bouncing around a field in the back of a jeep desperately trying to take out a tank, it's certainly worth the free price tag. Bonus: you don't have to download it and install, it's all online.

Oh. Well, now this game is out on PC, if it makes a difference for anyone (it does for me because I don't have a PS3 or 360). For some reason I always think of this thread as free online PC games.
