so sick of high level ares/juggs/moonstone teams in thick as thieves. just a big scaling slog.

Plowed through the thick as thieves tournament. Got all the progression awards maxed out my hulk. Whoops!

Likewise. I was happy that the progression awards grind wasn't overly onerous this time.

Checking the d3p forums this morning, seems like the latest update has put everyone facing lv270 opponents instead of 141s?

I have a fight against two 270s, Hood & Cmags I think. to which hahahahahahahaha. I barely beat it when they were 120 last night.

haven't gotten a three star from a gold token draw since season two began, kind of a drag really because I've had so many of them (like we're talking 30+ at this point)

welp got my red Hulk card from Thick As Thieves, will to continue playing subsiding

i'm.. sorta close enough... around #300, where if I grind up to #200 I can get a Lazy Storm, so I'm kinda hanging in there

not me! didn't even make the 10-pack rewards this time around

I didn't get to the 10 pack either, but in the 12 tokens I got as rewards from season 2, I got a daredevil and xforce wolvie.

Missed the twelve-pack but did win my Fat Thor bracket, which netted me two Hood cards (plus X-Force Wolvie, eh)

Strategic shielding is kind of the answer, huh

I keep getting green Patches now; wondering if I should keep them and start working on a differently spec'ed version.

i've done maybe a dozen of these hood pvp matches and the hood has yet to factor into any of them in any way for either team

With Hood vs. Hood they cancel each other out. Also he's pretty bad until you get 4 blue covers, which is when he starts stealing AP on virtually every turn.

i mean i literally have not seen or used a hood power and he's never attacked or been attacked individually

common for pvp allies i know but most people don't have him leveled at all, he's got no hp and his yellow takes like a billion ap so he's basically just a warm body

My spreadsheet hit 1,000 tokens. Think I'm gonna give up on it now

My 2/2/1 Hood just completely saved my ass during a total shitshow disaster match

completely missed a heal and had Thor pull off Call the Storm which wiped out everyone but Hood, who got whittled down to under 300 HP; I managed to hit Intimidation and Twin Pistols, which caused a cascade that killed Thor before he could kill me and won me the match

in summation, Hood rules

The damage on Intimidation is just sad -- OK if you don't have another active black, but that's it. Dormammu's aid is the reason the Hood rules.

Intimidation dmg is sad comparatively but when you're in an attrition battle and you have been using OBW a lot for Espionage dmg and, like you said, you don't have another character that uses black, being able to spam Intimidation to whittle down an annoying foe to set them up for a cascade or someone else's finisher is useful

Pulled a black Hulk from a Heroic, and a green Punisher from a Standard!

so i hit a sweet spot and uninstalled. OBW and CStorm were maxed out meaning i'd have to start maxing out someone else, and in order to do that i'd have to dedicate more weekends and nights to it and it didn't seem worth it. if the 10-pack were in reach i'd be going for that but alas. the carrot was being dangled just a little bit too far away and i had an out.

now i'll have to find another game to play on the terlet

also i spent all my HP on heroic covers and got an xforce wolvie lol

7 new covers including a Hood cover I spent HP on. Ares sold because I had outgrown him. Psy and Hood leveled up.

I love using The Hood. Who needs to match the right colors when the game will just give them all to you?
