two weeks pass...

GOG summer sale hit - hourly/daily deals. Finally bit on that Mac port of Planescape Torment to be forever re-backlogged.

Nhex, Saturday, 14 June 2014 06:44 (twelve years ago)

Steam summer sale is on, go join a team, vote, whatever it is that have going now

Nhex, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:00 (twelve years ago)

Has anyone played any of the Democracy series?

polyphonic, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:09 (twelve years ago)

$6 for space hulk in humble bundle. also an adventure time reference in the email they just sent out ("The five winds waft the smell of victory to our palace doors!")

Mordy, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:14 (twelve years ago)

you recommend Space Hulk? looks like a weird adaptation

Nhex, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:30 (twelve years ago)

idk, i've never tried it (in any incarnation) but i've always been interested in trying it!

Mordy, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:45 (twelve years ago)

I'm more interested in Ironclad Tactics (from the Spacechem ppl) but for $9 I might just grab it all. Then I can become a Space Hulk Super Amadeus. Gonna wait to see if they get better discounts on the Steam sale though

Nhex, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:54 (twelve years ago)

witcher 2 for $4. i'd pull the trigger if i believed i'd ever actually get around to playing it

Mordy, Thursday, 19 June 2014 19:58 (twelve years ago)

lol i still gotta knock out Witcher 1. also, get a computer that can actually run Witcher 2

v. interested in that democracy game, but i still havent really mastered Prison Architect which I think would probably be a similar micro-management experience. but w/e, that isn't the way this works, i'll almost definitely buy think game

Windsor Davies, Thursday, 19 June 2014 21:19 (twelve years ago)

*this game

Windsor Davies, Thursday, 19 June 2014 21:19 (twelve years ago)

warning message bubbling up from my subconscious there maybe

Windsor Davies, Thursday, 19 June 2014 21:20 (twelve years ago)

antexit, Friday, 20 June 2014 00:01 (twelve years ago)

kopped divinity original sin :D

antexit, Friday, 20 June 2014 00:03 (twelve years ago)

Mordy, Friday, 20 June 2014 00:15 (twelve years ago)

Why did I buy The Witcher 2 which I will never ever play again two days ago for full price

aw man, baloney sandwich

Karl Malone, Friday, 20 June 2014 00:17 (twelve years ago)

I wonder if this group race gimmick (aka, blatant attempt to motivate people not to wait until the final day to buy) is working

Nhex, Saturday, 21 June 2014 01:30 (twelve years ago)

Papers Please at $3, totally worth it for your depressing retro art-game fix

Nhex, Saturday, 21 June 2014 01:31 (twelve years ago)

ooo, state of decay $5. if it were osx i'd definitely buy it again.

Mordy, Saturday, 21 June 2014 01:40 (twelve years ago)

so many dogs in the strategy bundle

♛ LIL UNIT ♛ (thomp), Saturday, 21 June 2014 22:33 (twelve years ago)

space hulk and nidhogg on flash sale for another hour... ugh fine i'll waste my monies

Nhex, Tuesday, 24 June 2014 23:42 (twelve years ago)

no, i'm gonna fight it. i'm fighting it dammit

Nhex, Tuesday, 24 June 2014 23:48 (twelve years ago)

that's what they said about the space hulk

Mordy, Tuesday, 24 June 2014 23:51 (twelve years ago)

i managed to not buy those last night
but then I woke up this morning and bought LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and something called Super Amazing Wagon Adventure

Nhex, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 13:33 (twelve years ago)

think I spent about £50 on games under £4 last night, just checking the account now and I don't even know what half of this stuff is. Think I've invested quite heavily in mediocre point and click adventures, as well as in a windows only game (I use a mac, no partition). ffs

Windsor Davies, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 14:40 (twelve years ago)

Yeh I'm trying to avoid buying those sort of games this time round as they usually turn up in a Humble Bundle a couple of months later on. Which I then buy and never play any of.

( X '____' )/ (zappi), Wednesday, 25 June 2014 15:03 (twelve years ago)

word

Nhex, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 15:06 (twelve years ago)

I bought the bullfrog bundle from gog which look great in my gog collection window, which may well be the most use I get out of them alas

Euler, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 15:57 (twelve years ago)

u've probably played them all before but if you haven't played theme hospital before it's all time great

Mordy, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 16:01 (twelve years ago)

actually I've played hardly any of them! like wtf is magic carpet, sounds great though

Euler, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 16:03 (twelve years ago)

theme hospital + dungeon keeper are the best of the bunch.

Mordy, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 16:05 (twelve years ago)

magic carpet was like MINDBLOWING 3D tech at the time, probably looks horrible and ridiculous now

Nhex, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 16:47 (twelve years ago)

man the gameplay was p ok though

i don't really rate the bullfrog-does-sim(x) games

should i buy 'the secret world' for £10 at some point in the next four and a half hours

♛ LIL UNIT ♛ (thomp), Wednesday, 25 June 2014 20:25 (twelve years ago)

i bought shogo: mobile armor division for $3 at gog yesterday, that game still rules

adam, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 20:27 (twelve years ago)

Mordy, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 20:34 (twelve years ago)

it's endless

Euler, Wednesday, 25 June 2014 20:34 (twelve years ago)

i feel kind of trolled by nidhogg's 'game complete' screen

♛ LIL UNIT ♛ (thomp), Wednesday, 25 June 2014 21:28 (twelve years ago)

Nhex, Saturday, 28 June 2014 18:54 (eleven years ago)

Bought it. Why the hell not.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 28 June 2014 19:01 (eleven years ago)

♛ LIL UNIT ♛ (thomp), Saturday, 28 June 2014 19:38 (eleven years ago)

Mordy, Monday, 7 July 2014 20:38 (eleven years ago)
