2 is so much better

combat doesnt change much but it seemed smoother in 2

and 3 was forgettable

hay I bought a PS3 last week, I have Ni No Kuni for it, what else should I get (from all however many years of PS3's existence)

would like some:
- JRPGs I won't finish
- maybe a couple of the objectively best open-world actiony games (is this Red Dead Redemption?)

yeah Red Dead Redemption rules. Skyrim is prob the next best open world game but old west is better than fantasy imo.

silby you really should get Yakuza 3+4. The most enjoyable combination of all your criteria.

I would say Rayman Origins from that list. I am most interested in Persona 3 but I haven't played it yet so I can't recommend it.

Well i tried god hand. Its a thing.

it's hard at first, but when you eventually get used to the system (particularly the timing with the right stick dodge and rolling, and the taunt moves) the fighting's actually pretty fun and surprisingly deep

I played Twisted Metal on PS2 and it wasn't horrible. Not super good, but worth a rental. No idea about the latest version.
