Is War for Cybertron worth it? AAA console games that are only $7.50 I'm kinda a sucker for, since you're getting a title and usually an experience I wouldn't otherwise have for cheap.

Just tried it... I added Sims 3 ($12.00) and Bulletstorm ($8.00) to my cart. Both reflected their original price ($29.99 and $19.99) and their new prices ($12.00 and $8.00). I then applied the coupon. Sims 3 continued to cost $12.00, but Bulletstorm now costed $0.00. So... I guess it sorta worked?

i'd say worth it for just cause 2 which was a ton of fun to play

i'm always baffled how they can "run out of keys"

x number of licenses, usage rights, payment to studio, etc

i get that, but it seems like either they should be able to generate keys pretty fast, or just take it down. it should be pretty easy to figure out ahead of time that if they have a limited # of keys to sell, to shut it down completely at x# of sales, up the price, whatevs

my guess would be that they just don't know what they're getting into sometimes and they may get inundated with demand. internet is serious business

What are the other games like? Reprisal appears to be a p. straight Populous remake, which was briefly tempting because I love Populous, but then I remembered, I could just play Populous (and still do)

(I would buy it anyway except I haven't played the games I bought in the last 2 Steam sales or the last Humble Bundle yet)

great indie royale halloween bundle just went up. all the sam + max games, home, pathologic, macguffin's curse and evilquest

it's not all of sam and max, just season 3. i already have that one so i'm on the fence

oh, i didn't realize it went by seasons. do i need to play the first 2 to enjoy the 3rd? (i've only played hit the run many years ago)

from what i understand no, they're not really connected... i'm only halfway through season 1 myself, from most accounts they got much better as they went along
