still, it's good thing that all this data was properly hashed, salted etc. didn't Sony just keep all their passwords in plain text?

yeah, as infuriating as something like this is, it doesn't seem anywhere near as bad as what happened with the playstation, where sony kept all passwords and credit card info in plain text.

just googled hashed/salted and somewhat less incensed.

don't think Skyrim will run on my puter tbh. i've had Oblivion for ages, just wanted the expansions. i love its world a lot but it's a lot less rich than Morrowind imo, and the thought that Bethesda are concentrating on the wrong things is comforting me in the absence of Skyrim
