Moon is pretty good in a sci-fi / twilight zone way. Sam Rockwell is great.

Cocaine: One Man's Seduction
wonderful made-for-TV drug movie starring Dennis Weaver as the aging real estate agent looking for an Edge, James Spader as The Son, and a manic scenery-snorting Jeffrey Tambor. the older drug buddy to James Woods' classic The Boost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
thanks to whoever mentioned instantwatcher.com - site rocks

Gavin and Stacey very popular but also very everyday. catherine tate funny in parts. actually, part. potentially interesting for doctor who fans.Fry and Laurie probably the best of those, although i don't know how it's aged / travels.i liked Hyperdrive but i was in a minority.

Plus a LOT of anime (though not much that's got me excited) and scads of horror films and midnight movie stuff like Mondo Cane and Venus in FursOh and don't miss Jules Dassin's The Law and Flaherty's Louisiana Story
