Re: Spare Change, it's a great thing about old games from when you were a kid that you kind of have no way to tell the difference between things that only you and five other people played, and ubiquitous popular classics... what you had was what you had, and in the pre-Internet days that was about it! So it's a surprise to discover that Spare Change is so obscure - happy to share it though. :)

Spare Change, i'm baffled at this game, how do I comlete a level. i just kept piling tokens into the jukebox and refilling the token machines, eventually they just showed as OUT and the zerks were left wandering around doing nothing.

The goal is not to entertain the Zerks - though you can spend some of your tokens in the machines to distract them - but to fill up the white boxes in the middle with tokens.

Yeah, #61 is a Nintendo 64 title, so not Psybadek.Not JGR (that was Dreamcast only and had cell shaded graphics?), but you're in the right area.It's not Megaman Legends.The screenshot is taken from the "coin collecting" game, there's also a timed game where you have to go through checkpoints.

Also, it was in the A section, so it didn't take very long.
Oh, I should add a bit of detail. It's very similar to Psybadek, hoverboards, etc., except that there's no storyline/missions top follow. The airboard can travel vertically up the sides of buildings, and you can generally defy the laws of physics in ways that would make even Tony Hawks feel faint! The control scheme is also pretty easy to pick up, and chaining together multiple tricks is fairly simple.
