so lots of friends are coming to my flat on sunday afternoon, it's a bank holiday on monday. been wondering what i should cook...i cook dinner for friends plenty but i feel like this is more conducive to tapas or some sort of small series of bites, plus i'll make some salsa and guacamole and stuff...
any tips? there could be quite a lot of people there, i could just copy tapas i've eaten in spain or whatever, but i am sure some of you guys have good advice.
also if you have any crazy drinks ideas that'd be good...
think i might make this: http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2011/may/15/nigel-slater-classic-lemonade-recipe
and serve with gin
