I did do a search for "halloumi", but no joy. Unless, of course, you remember it because you are the same Chris I have spoken to elsewhere on this (very important) subject. In which case, hello again, and I do like your sense of humour.

And if you aren't, I've probably just confused you quite a bit.

I wanted something else because fried cheese just seems TOO decadent. I mean, fat fried in fat... lovely, and stuff, but I'm getting quite elderly and need to watch my waist.
