Lately I've been using Greek yogurt in place of cream in place of cream in recipes that call for it. Works out pretty well usually.
I love using Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream on tacos, chili, and baked potatoes. To me, the difference in taste is negligible. Unfortunately, knowing that it's not as bad for me as sour cream, I inevitably wind up using way more!
