I haven't SB'd anyone yet, but I've shaken my fist at the screen.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:37 (nine years ago) Permalink

I've only SB three people in the last 24 hours.

Xiffy Pup (Eric H.), Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:39 (nine years ago) Permalink

You show restraint.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:39 (nine years ago) Permalink

i think i've sb-ed four people - at least one was an obvious sockpuppet

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:41 (nine years ago) Permalink

ice cr?m, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:43 (nine years ago) Permalink

People shouldn't live with regret.

My record bag came with a Gang Starr logo on it for some reason. I think it was a Virgin Records promotional thing.

Maybe Premier has a part-time job sewing record bags.

What is "getting tough" in this case, though? I mean, if you get too tough, you'll just get permabanned. But if you don't get tough enough, I guess you'll get your feelings hurt. Everything in between doesn't really matter, right?

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:51 (nine years ago) Permalink

xpost That's what it probably is.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:51 (nine years ago) Permalink

Last night at the minigolf place they give you a checklist for a scavenger hunt throughout the course, but we couldn't find the shield or the spear.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:52 (nine years ago) Permalink

are you from Indiana, Bryce?

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:53 (nine years ago) Permalink

How did you know?

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:55 (nine years ago) Permalink

people from Indiana can never find shields, it's a fact

jazzgasms (Mr. Que), Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:55 (nine years ago) Permalink

WHAT

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:56 (nine years ago) Permalink

there are no shields or spears in all of indiana

Lamp, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:56 (nine years ago) Permalink

its a fact

Lamp, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:56 (nine years ago) Permalink

I never heard that. Either of those things.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:56 (nine years ago) Permalink

Seriously??? I lived there for part of a summer w/my ex-boyfriend - we ate at Steak & Shake a lot.

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:56 (nine years ago) Permalink

yeah i mean steak and shake has those crappy little fries

jazzgasms (Mr. Que), Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:57 (nine years ago) Permalink

but cute little jars of chili

jazzgasms (Mr. Que), Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:57 (nine years ago) Permalink

But how did that suggest to you that I was from there?

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:57 (nine years ago) Permalink

I think the Home Depot near where he lived was open 24 hours.

The fries are good with cheese on them.

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:58 (nine years ago) Permalink

I don't know, some revelations just make things seem more mysterious. Like John's, or Swedenbourg's.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:58 (nine years ago) Permalink

But what

how

I don't get it.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:58 (nine years ago) Permalink

xp - I asked because of the dude in the picture's sweatshirt.

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 19:59 (nine years ago) Permalink

Oh, so it's just a coincidence that I happen to be from there.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:07 (nine years ago) Permalink

yes. It's weird - one of my exes is from there, my bff from grade school/junior high is currently at IU getting an MFA in theater, and one of my best friends from high school went there for undergrad in the music program.

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:11 (nine years ago) Permalink

i almost went 2 med school in indiana

Lamp, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:11 (nine years ago) Permalink

but no swords and shields offended of scottish nationalist sensibility

Lamp, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:12 (nine years ago) Permalink

Taylor University is a really weird place -- they had the worst public art of any college campus I've ever seen.

sarahel, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:13 (nine years ago) Permalink

Now that I think of it, I've never seen a sword or shield in Indiana. It's like I don't even know what one looks like.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:13 (nine years ago) Permalink

xpost That's like having the worst piles on an anus.

bamcquern, Saturday, 21 November 2009 20:13 (nine years ago) Permalink

Actually the "sculpture" in front of the main campus building or administrative headquarters or whatever looked exactly like a giant turd.
