I bought myself a box of Cadbury eggs this Eastertime because it was the first time since time immemorial that I didn't get any as a gift. the trick is to scoop out the filling with the very tip of your tongue to maximize the cartoonish, technicolor sweetness in each bite. if you can't handle the intensity of the yolk, then you shouldn't even be occupying this planet afaic.

i used to eat a lot of candy until i was about 27, and then my body decided that candy made me sick and fat. so i don't eat candy anymore (sugar was a really hard habit to break - i think it took 4 or 5 years). but i can still love it from afar. i still think the science of finding perfect combos of texture + flavour is what makes candy awesome.(i too think chocolate candy is a totally dif category)
