-I revisit stuff I've done that's gotten praise from people. "Hey look, I am pretty good at x."

-I look at art or listen to music that inspires me. As obvious as it might be, I love looking at details from the Sistine Chapel.

-I do something simple and concrete that I can finish and observe and say "That? I did that."

-I talk to people who will encourage me. ILX is very very good for this.

-I read something ~difficult~ and, upon finishing it, remind myself that "yes, I am smart enough to understand this."

I have just made myself a dope ass red curry turkey taco with a sriracha lime yogurt sauce. That's a helluva start. Tomorrow I'm flying down to my Dad's so that we can celebrate in tandem cause his bday is the day after mine. A couple friends of mine are gonna do a coffeecrawl with me when I get back. My boss is making me a cake. I might go record shopping next week. Low key type of etc. Good & relaxing. Good God, 23. Hell.
