"nothing closer than third cousin" or "anything goes".

in response to the proliferation of incest fetishists, NotMyCousin would ban first- and second-cousin matches, spawning the spinoff dating site HotMyCousin. feds would shut down both sites after about a month.

I recently became fascinated by how hip-hop many songs there are with "woodgrain" in the title there are, like dozens upon dozens of songs called "Woodgrain Wheel" "Woodgrain Grippin" etc. So I started making a Spotify mix of them, got to like 4 hours, culled it very slightly, and then realized that I had completely left out dozens more songs because I had only included songs with "woodgrain" in the title and not "wood grain" in the title.

Some day if I ever finish it I may post the mix/playlist to ILM.

There's a local pub bank called Fake ID. Terrible idea: start a Fake ID tribute band called Fake Fake ID, then another tribute band called Real ID, and have the two tribute bands have a fierce rivalry over which of them is the most authentic to the original band.

couple nights ago i had a dream where i was in a college setting, hanging out w/ people, and i was interested in this one girl. later on i was at a football game, and looked across the crowd and saw the girl on the sidelines with ben dreyfuss, son of richard dreyfuss and editor at mother jones magazine. they were laughing and taking their clothes off and once naked started streaking the field together, and the crowd started going crazy. i was like, welp, guess that's it for me and her.

I was sitting on the bus this morning, and as well as it being equipped with CCTV, it also had a screen showing the image from each CCTV camera in sequence. Terrible idea: a Chatroulette style link up where the screen shows images from cameras in other buses.

I enjoy playing the fun game of "drink as much booze as you can before the camera switches back to you". Recommended for whiling away long night bus journeys.

I don't know if there's a better thread for this, but I was just thinking it would be cool if some band convinced Goldman Sachs to let them shoot a band photo in their offices (instead of another boring "gritty" location shot), and then I took it a step further and thought, why not just have Lloyd Blankfein in the photo, as though he's in the band, but not dressed any differently than he normally would or posing like a rock star, just Lloyd Blankfein in his suit, standing naturally.
