Why are there so many Cubans in Kentucky?

All I could find was "Readily available work in metro Louisville's factories and the service industry along with a lower cost of living attracted many Cubans." That sounds like every other state in the two or three regions you could say Kentucky belongs in.

I drive across North Dakota too often during the summer and always make fun of Space Aliens Grill & Bar, I assumed it was some local 1990s alien fad hangover that stuck around because there's nothing interesting in Fargo. I had no idea there are more than one of them and that anyone would deem it "noteworthy" other than to mock it.

apparently it's a sub shop chain with 13 locations in New Hampshire and 1 in Maine. there's one 10 minutes away from me, but I've never heard of anyone eating there & the name didn't even ring a bell until I GISsed it just now. NH isn't really noteworthy for...things.
