i made a pumpkin pie and accidentally made the crust a little too big for the filling, so i made up the difference by just pouring egg nog into the crust. i wasn't sure if it would turn out, and my bf and i waited with bated breath to see if it would. it did, and it is the best pumpkin pie i've ever made.

Woohoo, it's been spotted in Austin already! Promiseland at HEB. I am not in Austin though so we'll see how long one needs to wait in Maryland. Loved that Promiseland started putting out a one serving size last year. That was perfect since I was the only one loving it in the house last year. Loved it with whiskey instead of rum too.
