I'm not 100% certain but knowing my dad and his taste (reception was in a restaurant they owned and ran) and from the pics I am going to guess that it's Prime Rib au Jus. I also spy a baked potato. I think.

1972-Mexico City- Great 3 weeks with 4nnette P3arce staying in cheap hotels and fighting off frequent attacks of diarrhoea.We stayed for a few days at a place called Zihuatanejo on the Pacific coast (it later achieved fame as the place that the convicts escaped to in the Shawshank Redemption) . Walking down the street one day a caged parrot shouted "buenos dios senor" at me. Amazing as it had never occurred to me that not all parrots speak English.We parted company at the bus station in Mexico City as she had to go back to her job in Kingston and I haven't heard of her since!
