What is the problem with the Bretton Woods statement? Isn't it a mainstream opinion on a board like this? How is it 'challenging'?

And on the other hand, out there, a large body of opinion is pro-IMF and pro-World Bank

IRS keeps track of this and technically when, not if, they find you, you could get audited, penalities, probation, criminal record (fraud is considered moral turpitude).

That may be how we'll look back on the past 10 years.
