sort of wrong thread for it, but anybody have any experience with the heaving beast known as A&E Real Estate? They just bought our wmsburg tenement building from Dermot Company, who've had it since 2007. Hoping A&E won't actually be worse than Dermot who were pretty shitty.
(Oh wait SORRY SORRY these are just the management companies not the owners, they have no connection to the owners whatsoever, perish the thought)

What are good activities and places to go to in Brooklyn (FYI I've never been but I'm asking for a friend)
― ιΎ, Wednesday, 18 March 2015 16:47 (nine years ago) link
Think "Britisher who is in town for a week and wants to check out this cool new place called Brooklyn"
I could only recommend Wburg for walking around
Everything else seems like a 'destination' like you just end up there and drink cocktails for 5 hours before going back to your apartment
