yesterday for post-birthday hangover i drank tea and laid on the couch with my laptop and watched 3 movies and dr who and then got showered at 8pm and went out and was telling a friend about the movies and forgot completely what the 2nd one was - it took me at least 20 min to remember
every time i have a hangover i feel like i should take up calculus or something in desperate attempt to recover brain cells

yeah i haven't been getting painful hangovers lately, just cloudiness of the head and a general sensation of stupidity.

ok i actually managed to cook myself some food when i got home at 5 last nite. cook!

so the ability to cook a meal 13 drinks deep at five in the morning but not remembering to eat it. this is a useful tool for understanding my life in general.

I had a very peaceful time last night, no drinkies...but I ended up not getting enough sleep and decided this afternoon that beer was some kind of appropriate remedy in my attempt to navigate through the seemingly overbearing Sunday. Now I'm growing concerned that tomorrow will end up a day of regret.

Why do I not simply make a sandwich and take a nap like a normal, sensible folk?

Today has been a day of many naps interspersed with frantic chugging of water. Apparently I still rock the tell-tale red wine lip stains.
