I can't believe how much amazing food there is in these neighborhoods. (sunnyside/woodside/jackson heights)

Been offered an apt. and ... can't ... decide .... grrr! Have to give answer tom'w. Looking at another one a few blocks away tonight which claims to be a 1-br vs a studio, for the same price.

Of course, just filed appeal with housing panel and am not in immediate danger of being evicted. This is called dithering.
