Misdirected emails

Not much. Type 2 Diabetes is depressing, also my conscience kicked in at some point.

Yeah when it gets personal - financials, job apps, etc - I immediately email the sender and say "look, if you have a phone number or something for this person please contact them and tell them this is NOT their email address". I get thanks, I hear no more... then it starts up again. How can anyone be that dense? I gaveup and I spambin them now.

I kept getting e-birthday cards for myname @hotmail.com . I emailed the people who sent it and let them know. The next day there was the same e-card in myname @gmail.com.

Somebody who shares my first and last name and lives in Palo Alto is apparently very eager to play golf because I've now gotten three certificates of medical clearance (in French!) saying that she is cleared to do so. Maybe it's because we have the same name and are roughly the same age so I felt some kinship, or just because I'm a lawyer and omg HIPAA, but I actually called the clinic to let them know.

holy trinity of mexican cuisine

"Uncle Julio's Perimeter" is the strangest name for a restaurant ever btw. Why not just call it Grampa Joe's Area.

The restaurant chain is called Uncle Julio's and Perimeter is the location in Atlanta.

There's an Uncle Julio's in Chicago. I've eaten there a couple of times and it is okay.

I used to live in Atlanta and am familiar with Uncle Julio's so I knew what the score was from the beginning and I'm quite sad that I didn't get to experience a world where I believed there was a restaurant called Uncle Julio's Perimeter. Because that's fucking hilarious.

According to the website there is also an Uncle Julio's Plymouth Meeting, and Uncle Julio's Grapevine, and an Uncle Julio's Woodbridge. Perimeter is definitely the best, though.

No complications. No hassle. Just a meeting between some pilgrims and native Americans mediated by my uncle Julio.
